A gentle, supportive space designed to help us grow closer to Allah, reflect on our mindsets, and encourage each other along the way.

While this ‘program’ has a structure—with weekly live sessions, guided reflections, and a digital planner—it’s not about following a strict regimen. The real value comes from how much you choose to engage. The emphasis is on small, but meaningful actions that we can implement into our daily lives. The more you participate, share, and reflect, the more you’ll walk away with a stronger connection to yourself, your faith, and your sisters in this space.

This journey is yours to shape. Take what serves you, contribute as much as you can, and know that you’re surrounded by women who are on this path with you.

Tuesday: Learn & implement the Sunnah
Wednesday: Reflecting on one of Allah’s names & use it in dua
Thursday: Mid week checkin
Friday: Live therapy-led session + open discussion
Saturday: Personal Iba’dah day
Sunday: Week Recap & personal wins
